this is emily and i just so happen to be part of the 04A1A class.
in case people forget we're a class of twelve and make up of Individuals.
It's very nice, Alson to see you standing up for your class and so i'll stand up for mine too. We for one would NEVER "go along with it" if we do not think it right. That is, going along with all the so called ego boosting and stuck up comments about us being the best. If it isnt RIGHT, it isnt RIGHT. IT is totally WRONG to boast. We saw it as a boost for our morales, and you saw it an obnoxious thing to be happy about getting good grades.
I want to stress that we've got Very Nicely Defined Morals that you claim for your class too. We struggle, work hard together and we help one another. We've got our resilience and effort put in to get our grades. And we're definitely interested in things beyond schoolwork. Soccer, lanning, bhangra, shopping, bball, sushi, singing, anime. You Name It. Please dont see us as smug people, we genuinely worked for it. I know you're annoyed la, you always are emotional about something and that is sweet about you, but you shouldnt just lump us altogether and belittle us by going on and on and on and on about our egos.
And i dont think its VERY NICE to say those things about our 101st post about CLOTHES! ITS CLOTHES for goodness sake. The guys in class are very kind to help us look for prom dresses and we're planning to go mass shopping after As for prom together. And again, we dont want to look gorgeous or stunning, we just want to wear some appropriate dresses to appear at the prom and hear people say kind things about our efforts to Look Nice. How has looking at dresses and suits become revolting and selfish? i am so already thankful they offered to help look.
We've got our little tensions in class and we chose to remain it that way, not to blow it up and all. And i can vouch that it made us better people because we are willing to get over them after bitching and yelling. yes, we bitch and sulk ok.
Why do you question our personalities? We do have Great Personalities as people and i'm sad you left us last year, else you would have known us alot better. (you wouldnt want to i suppose?) I am Serious about this, because you cannot say we dont have good personalities if you have not spend time with us as a whole, and besides the usual hi-byes, small talk and library time. I know you love your class, i love my class too, every single one of them and their great personalities for good and for worse.
Please dont pity us, Alson. we dont need your pity ):
im really really sorry im harsh but you have to understand that we're not EGO people at all, we dont bloody care if we're best. fine. we're just plain happy lah. (mind you, it's just cos we're got a smaller strength in class or we happen to do averagely well or have good brains like norman to pull our percentage up.)
