All right people, this coming monday will be our national day party/feast. Yay! Anyway, here's my menu for the upcoming dinner.
1) fettucini genovese which is basically pasta in pesto sauce with potatoes and french beans. But i've decided to replace the french beans with edamame peas for an asian twist to the dish.
2)crispy salmon with spring vegetable broth. This is really self explanatory.
Right, there you have it. It's kind of hard to cook something for the whole class because some of the guys hate vegetables, but i know karen will kill me if i omit them, so hopefully, there's a balance here. Any special request, just drop me a note. Haha, i know kelv doesn't want basil leaves in his pesto sauce.
One more thing, EVERYONE MUST COME TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!
